ust a quick post - my Big One just finished her Kersti booties! Aren't they adorable!!

How is she going to go back to acryllic?!?
Pattern is from Mellor's 50 Baby Booties to Knit. Its on page 51, but I forget the name. They're shown with felt stars and hearts, but we skipped those - the Kersti speaks for itself!
I'm making a matching hat - but that will take a little while. Should have it done tomorrow - but I'm heading to a Weird Al concert tonight. (I have a weakness for well-done parody. Its silly fun, and my husband likes it a lot.)
And, staying home sick yesterday, I got 5 more rows done on the Charlotte. Only 5 to go!!
